She has spent her career building and scaling high-performing respondent communities across healthcare, consumer, and B2B audiences, helping organizations deliver high-quality insights through strong engagement, recruitment, and data quality practices. As Senior Vice President of Panel Operations at TriVoca Health, Priscilla leads the strategy, growth, and day-to-day management of the company’s healthcare research panel, supporting engagement across physicians, patients, and caregivers. She is responsible for panel quality, sustained participation, active recruitment, and data integrity, while advancing best-in-class approaches to fraud prevention, database management, and incentive operations. Prior to joining TriVoca, Priscilla held senior leadership roles at Ipsos, where she led global custom panel operations and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer.
