TRIVOCA HEALTH AI POLICY

Updated June 24, 2026

At TriVoca Health, we believe that artificial intelligence should serve the people and organizations who trust us with their data and research. This policy explains how we use AI, the protections we have in place, and the principles that guide our decisions so that our clients, partners, and research participants know what to expect.

Responsible and Ethical Use

TriVoca Health uses AI to enhance our capabilities, helping us work more efficiently, improve research quality, and deliver better outcomes for clients. AI does not replace human judgment in our work. Every AI-assisted process operates under the oversight of qualified personnel who are empowered to review, question, or override any AI-generated result.

Our AI systems operate within controlled, closed environments. They work only with pre-approved datasets and configurations and are not connected to open or public learning systems. Specifically, we do not:

  • Use client or participant data to train AI models.
  • Use publicly available machine learning models that incorporate crowd-sourced or externally submitted data.
  • Deploy systems that retain or learn from individual client interactions over time.

Data Privacy and Security

Protecting the privacy and security of client, partner, and participant data is fundamental to everything we do. Our AI practices follow the same data protection principles that guide all of our work: we collect only the information we need, use it only for the purposes for which it was shared with us, and protect it at every step.

We adhere to applicable data protection laws and regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and other frameworks relevant to our work in healthcare market research. Where AI tools interact with personal data, we apply the same protections required across all of our data processing activities.

Human Oversight and Accountability

No AI output at TriVoca Health is the final word. We maintain clear lines of human accountability for every AI-assisted process, and our teams are trained and empowered to identify, escalate, and correct any result that appears inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with our standards.

AI is used as a tool to support our people, not as a substitute for the expertise, care, and professional judgment that our clients and participants rely upon.

Research Integrity and Fraud Detection

The value of our research depends entirely on the authenticity of every participant interaction. TriVoca Health employs AI-powered fraud detection tools to identify and prevent inauthentic, automated, or otherwise fraudulent participation in our studies and programs. These tools are regularly reviewed for accuracy and serve as one layer of a broader quality assurance framework.

Fairness and Non-Discrimination

TriVoca Health will not develop or deploy AI systems that discriminate against any individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic. In a research context, this commitment extends to how AI tools are applied in participant recruitment, data analysis, and the interpretation of results. We actively work to identify and mitigate bias at every stage.

Regulatory Compliance

Our AI practices are designed to comply with applicable federal, state, and international laws and regulations, including those governing healthcare data, privacy, and non-discrimination. The regulatory landscape for AI is evolving rapidly, and TriVoca Health monitors legislative and regulatory developments to help ensure our practices remain current and compliant.

Third-Party and Partner AI Systems

When TriVoca Health engages vendors or partners whose services incorporate AI, we apply the same standards of scrutiny that govern our own systems. Third-party AI practices are assessed as part of our vendor due diligence process.

Ongoing Review and Governance

This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure alignment with applicable laws, internal governance standards, and industry best practices. TriVoca Health’s AI governance framework is subject to periodic internal review and will be updated as our use of AI evolves or as new requirements emerge.

Questions and Feedback

We welcome questions and feedback about our AI practices from clients, partners, and research participants. If you have a question about this policy or a concern about how AI is being used in connection with your data or a TriVoca Health research project, please contact us at
