Tom Doulos is the Senior Vice President of Global Quant Operations at TriVoca, bringing over 30 years of Market Research Operations expertise and five years of Customer Experience leadership. A founding member of TriVoca Health since its inception in 2025, Tom leads the Quant division’s Bidding, Operations, and Programming teams, ensuring a seamless client journey from kickoff through data delivery. With deep experience running global operational functions across the industry, Tom has spent his career elevating data quality, strengthening processes, and driving operational efficiency at scale. He works closely with vendor partners to secure high-quality sample, oversees security and compliance measures to protect data integrity, and ensures that client feedback directly informs continuous improvement. Tom is known for his rigorous, client-first approach—delivering consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across every project.
