These Terms of Service govern your use of the QualBoard platform, accessible at https://qualboard.com (the “Website”), and any related services provided by TriVoca Health. Data Collection and Retention
For information on the person data TriVoca Health collects in connection with your use of the QualBoard platform, please refer to our Privacy Notice. The following terms govern how that data is retained.
Research data retention: By default, researchers will have access to their data for 90 days after a project’s close date. After that point, a project will be considered archived and accessible only to users within TriVoca Health. By default, project data will be permanently deleted 180 days after the project closes. A project may be unarchived at any point between the 90-day archive date and the scheduled deletion date. Projects may also be deleted manually upon request.
Retention customization: Data archival and deletion timelines may be customized within seven days of a project’s close date, for a single project or an entire account. Please contact your account manager for information on extended data availability beyond the default 90-day period.
User data retention: User records are owned by the account participant and maintained for as long as the account remains active. Participants may request deletion of their data at any time. We will action such requests within 30 days of verification, subject to any legal requirements to retain data under TriVoca Health’s Privacy Notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This Website and its materials are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TriVoca Health makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
